I was very pleased in the reply I got in helping solve the issues o was having with the charger. Immediately the answer was explained and a replacement charger was sent immediately. I can not thank the person who helped me in solving the issue after I paid for a new charger and I was told what the issues was I was refunding and I can't be more helper with the service I was given

Easy website, very quick delivery, the vacuum itself is fabulous BUT the plastic fittings the thrift 650 comes with are not strong enough. The tube flexes when in use and the multi purpose head broke within the first week. I've had to take the tube and head off my old $100 Hoover which was very robust.

Pacvac has quality vacuum cleaners at reasonable prices. I was impressed with the quick delivery and also the variety of spare parts you can purchase individually for their vacuum cleaner models. Their website was easy to navigate and simple to checkout on. Overall, a great online retail experience!

Very happy with our pacvac. It sits comfortably on my shoulders and the long cable is great! Works great on pet hair and cleaning up all the debris from the wood fire and farm life. Very happy so far.

All I wanted was a decent vacuum cleaner without any hype and that didn't cost a fortune. This is it! For me, it's a Great vacuum cleaner. Better than my last 2 x Dysons. I love the long cord and it is so much lighter and easily glides along my floors. Large waste bags are also a bonus. If it outlasts either of my Dysons, I will be a happy customer.

I have owned a Pacvac backpack vacuum cleaner for over 10 years and it is still going strong, but I decided to upgrade to a Velo cordless backpack and I absolutely love it. It is light and such a treat not to have to worry about the lead
